As a small company, it’s a challenge to make sure everyone is getting the proper training.  We are too small for a human resource department and often times we face the dilemma of ‘production vs training’.  Fortunately, we utilize our relationship with I-CAR to insure all of our technicians get the proper technical training annually to maintain our “Gold” status – quite an investment in time and money.  Our efforts to build the best auto body shop around requires more and we need all of us to broaden our business acumen, be knowledgeable in Process Centered Environment and understand environmental and safety issues.  In daily meetings, review meetings and New Employee training, whether simple coaching moments or deliberate training, we all continue to build a safer, more productive and customer-oriented shop.
